Manage the correction of issues reported by language testers
After the reviewers have performed a Language acceptance test, the reported linguistic issues need to be fixed. There are two scenarios: via the Rigi viewer or in an external tool.
Non-translation issues need to be reported by developers, copywriters, or the Rigi team.
Instruct the translators to process the issues in their translation editor using the Rigi Viewer. For details, see the Process feedback from reviewers guide.
In some cases, the translators use an editor that does not have a connector to the Rigi Viewer. In this scenario, the project manager exports an issue report that the developers can open in Excel.
