Manage state transition profiles

Important

Settings and actions described below are only available for Rigi subscribers. For details, see the User roles section.

Language testers review pages with translations, either preview-by-preview or in a live environment. When they approve a page, the states of the strings on that page will change according to the state transition profile selected for the project.

Example 3.

A string with the 'translated' status becomes 'reviewed if issues were reported for it. If an issue has been reported, the string keeps the 'translated' status.

  • An organization usually uses the same profile for all projects.

  • Projects will always be initialized with the default profile.

  • A project manager can select another profile for a project if needed.

To manage quality profiles, in the top right-hand corner of the display, select user_menu.png (system menu) > Server Settings , then in the right-hand menu, select Review > State Transition Profiles.
