Manage quality profiles

Settings and actions described below are only available for Rigi subscribers. For details, see the User roles section.
A quality profile is derived from a quality framework, such as DQF or MQM, which contains an extensive hierarchy of error typologies (for details, see the Quality frameworks section).
Quality profiles define the fields and subsets of error categories that a user can enter.
To manage quality profiles, in the top right-hand corner of the display, select (system menu) > Server Settings , then in the right-hand menu, select Review > QA profiles.

In the QA Profiles window, you can:
view profile settings.
create a new QA profile. For details, see the Create a quality profile section.
select or deselect the Active checkbox to activate or deactivate specific profiles.
set one of the profiles as the default one. To do so, hover over the profile and click the
icon.
delete a profile. To do so, hover over the profile and click the
icon.
edit a profile. To do so, hover over the profile and click the
icon. Editing options are described in the Create a quality profile section.
What happens with reported issues if I deselect an error category?
If you deselect an error category, it will still be visible for issues that were already created, both in the Rigi user interface and in exported files with issues.
clone a profile. To do so, hover over the profile and click the
icon. Then enter the name for the new profile and click the Clone button.
