Lock and unlock your account

It is not possible to log in to a locked account until the owner unlocks it.

By default, after each successful login to your account, you will receive an email.

If you do not recognize this login activity, lock your account immediately.

To do so, click the lock link in the email. This will terminate all sessions and force a password reset.

Important

Your account will also be locked after several unsuccessful attempts to log in with your username.

You can specify which notification you want to receive in the Email notification section (My account > Email notifications). For details, see the Configure your account settings > Email notifications section.

To unlock your account, you must reset your password.

  1. Go to the Rigi login page.

  2. Click the Can't log in button.

  3. Select the You forgot your password and want to restore it option.

You can see a list of devices logged into your account in the Account activity section (My account > Account activity). To force log out all users, click the Clear all button. For details, see the Configure your account settings > Account activity section.
