Issue priority levels

Language testers can enter priority levels for reported issues.

Priority level

Definition

None

Preferential stylistic changes (not applicable for non-translation issues).

Low

  • Nice-to-have functional or source text improvements.

  • Small linguistic issues such as minor spelling or punctuation mistakes.

Medium

Do not affect the functionality's usage but impact user experience, such as a vocabulary or grammar error.

High

Cause great difficulty in using functionality or impacts confidence in the product.

Very high

Showstoppers, issues that result in business interruptions or data loss.
