Import a project from a ZIP file
Important
Settings and actions described below are only available for Rigi subscribers. For details, see the User roles section.
This operation will create a new project by importing a ZIP file containing a cloned project. To find out how to export a project, see the Export a project guide.
To find out how to clone an existing project, see the Clone a project guide.
On the dashboard, select My projects.
From the Create project dropdown in the top right-hand corner, select New project.
The Import project popup is displayed.
Enter the project name.
Click on the gray Upload ZIP with project (500 MB max) area to select a file from your local machine or drag a file and drop it there.
Click the Import button.
Issues for referenced projects (EXT) will not be imported on another tenant
If the import file contains issues belonging to a referenced project, those issues will not be imported on another tenant because that tenant does not contain that referenced project.
Important
Importing a very large project can take between a few minutes and a couple of hours.
Do not close the window until importing has finished.
After importing has finished, the new project will be displayed in the My projects list.
