How can I change the target language?

Question:

Is it possible to add a language variant, for example, fr-CA, but use the translation in another variant, for example, fr-FR?

Answer:

Yes, this is achievable via exporting an XLIFF for existing translation, changing the target language in an editor, such as Notepad++, and reimporting the XLIFF. To do so, perform the following steps:

  1. In the project menu, select Texts > Overview.

  2. Click the Export button in the top right-hand corner. The Export translations wizard will be displayed.
