Configure your account settings
To configure your Rigi account settings, select the icon (system menu) at the top right-hand corner of the display, then select My account.


In this section, you can change the name and email address you have entered during registration. This information will be shown in tasks.
To confirm any changes in this section, click the Save button.

In this section, you can:
change your password.
enable or disable two-factor authentication (2FA). For details, see the Protect your account with two-factor authentication (2FA) section.

In this section, you can see tokens for different devices that were used to log in to your Rigi server.
The default hotkey for capturing HTML previews.
Your preferred separator for Rigi-generated CSV files (comma or semicolon).
Rigi is being configured to generate XLSX files by default and not CSV files.
Your preferred separator for recipients in email clients.
In most cases, a comma is used to separate recipients. However, Microsoft Outlook requires a semicolon to separate recipients.
Popup triggers. In the Popups section, you can disable or enable popups for specific events.
If you do not recognize any of them, click the Clear all button. This will log users out and force them to log in again with their credentials.

In this section, you can select events for which you would like to receive notifications.
To disable or reenable specific notifications, click on the relevant toggles, then click the Save button.
