Configure inactive account policies

Settings and actions described below are only available for Rigi subscribers. For details, see the User roles section.
Rigi allows you to automatically log out and delete inactive users from your system. To configure the inactive accounts policy, perform the following steps:
In the top right-hand corner of the display, select
(system menu) > Server Settings , then select Policy.
To log out inactive users, select the required option from the Session timeout drop-down list.
Switch on the Policy for inactive accounts toggle. An additional section will be displayed below.
In the Lock account if not used for field, specify the number of days after which the inactive user accounts will be locked.
Users can lock and unlock their accounts themselves. For details, see the Lock and unlock your account guide.
In the Flag account as inactive if not used for field, specify the number of months after which inactive user accounts will be flagged as inactive.
Subscribers can set user accounts back to active in the Manage users section of the
system menu,
In the Delete inactive accounts after field, specify the number of days after which user accounts flagged as inactive will be deleted.
Click the Save button.
