Viewing project details
In XTM Portal, you can view an XTM Portal project's details.
Log in to XTM Portal.
In the menu on the left of the screen, select the project list icon
.
In the Project List screen, find a project whose details you want to see.
To view the project details, click the right arrow icon next to the project ID. Select one of the tabs listed below to display particular project details:
DETAILS. Select it to display the project's:
Description.
Create date.
Update date.
JOBS. Select it to display the project's job details:
Completion status, which can be:
Not started.
In progress.
Partially finished.
Finished.
File name.
Target languages.
Due date.
Updated date.
You can sort the listed jobs in a project. In the JOBS list screen, you see different column headings. By default, the entries in a column are initially sorted in descending order, according to the Updated date. Sorting does not change any content or the priorities of the entries in the lists you see. To sort the entries in a column, click on the column heading:
once, to sort in ascending order (the arrow by the column heading points up, to indicate sorting in ascending order).
once more, to sort in descending order (the arrow by the column heading points down, to indicate sorting in descending order).
CUSTOM FIELDS. Select it to display the project's custom field details:
Fields. This is a unique custom field name in the Field name text field, as defined in XTM Cloud.
Options. This is a Field type, as defined in XTM Cloud. Valid values:
Checkbox.
Date.
Dropdown.
Multiple selection.
Number.
Text field.
