Deleting users

In XTM Portal, as an Administrator, you can delete XTM Portal users. You can either delete a single or multiple XTM Portal users.

To delete XTM Portal users:
  1. Log in to XTM Portal as an Administrator.

  2. In the menu on the left of the screen, select the users icon user_circle.svg.

  3. To delete:

    • a single XTM Portal user, in the User list screen:

      1. Select the user you want to delete. To do so, select the checkbox to the left of that user.

      2. Select the Delete button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

    • multiple XTM Portal users, in the User list screen:

      1. Select the users you want to delete. To do so, select the checkboxes to the left of these users.

      2. Select the Delete button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  4. Next, you can:

    • select OK to confirm user deletion.

    • select Cancel to cancel user deletion.
