Changing or resetting a password

If you want to change your password or forget it, and need to reset it, follow the procedure below.

To change or reset your password:
  1. In the XTM Portal Login to continue screen:

    1. Enter your Email for accessing XTM Portal.

    2. Select the Change password button.

    Result: An email will be sent to your email address from XTM Portal, prompting you to reset your password. XTM Portal will display a message to tell you that the email has been sent.

  2. In your email Inbox, open the email sent to you from XTM Portal.

  3. In the email, select the link for resetting your password or copy and paste it into the address bar in your browser.

    Note

    The link is active for one hour. If you generate another link before one hour passes, the earlier link expires automatically.

    You see the XTM Portal screen with the CONTINUE button.

  4. Select the CONTINUE button. You will be redirected to your XTM Portal Profile.

  5. In the XTM Portal Profile, enter your new Password.

  6. In the Repeated password field, enter your new password again.

  7. Next, you can either:

    • select Confirm to confirm the password change.

    • or select Cancel to cancel the password change.
