Customer Editor – Edit
In the Customer list > Edit tab screen you can:
edit Basic information for the relevant customer.
edit Address details for the relevant customer.
upload Reference material.
Select the Customers tab.
In the Customers tab screen, select the context menu icon
next to the relevant customer's name.
From the context menu, select
Edit.
The visibility and default values in the Customer list > Edit tab screen cascade down from the system settings, which are set by the XTM Cloud Administrator.

TM and term only | Use this setting to create a TM- and term-only customer who will act as a dummy customer for importing historic TM and terminology. If you select the TM and term only checkbox, it will not be able to create projects for this customer. Confidential customer | ImportantYou can only make this setting if you have both an XTM Cloud Administrator and a Product Manager role. Users with only the Project Manager role who have access to the relevant confidential customer can see this setting in read-only mode. Use this setting to protect the relevant customer's sensitive information from public access, via XTM Cloud UI or API. Only internal users and LSPs to which you grant access to the confidential customer will be able to see them, in the Customers tab screen and access their projects, tasks, translation memory (TM), and terminology. For details about granting the relevant access rights:

Project Manager | Use this setting to select a default Project Manager for the relevant customer. This user will automatically be assigned as Project Managers to projects created by Limited Project Managers. Reference material section | ||||
Select files to upload | Use this setting to upload additional reference materials for the relevant customer. The uploaded files will be displayed in the Customer Editor in the table at the bottom of the Reference material section. All uploaded customer reference files will automatically be added to every project created for the relevant customer. Project Managers can download them from Project Editor > [project name]> Files > Reference materials. Linguists will be notified about those materials in the email that informs them about task assignment. They can download them, from XTM Workbench, from the top navigation bar by selecting Preview > Reference materials. | Optional | Choose files button | File types supported by XTM Cloud. |
