Starting workflow in the Manage jobs view
For the relevant project, open the Project Editor –
Workflow tab.
Ensure that you are working in the Beta Workflow Editor. If you are not, enable it. For details, see Enabling the Beta Workflow Editor.
Display the relevant jobs in the Manage jobs view. For details, see Viewing jobs in the Manage jobs view.
Result: You are redirected to the Manage jobs view.
If necessary, filter the displayed results. For details, see Filtering jobs in the Manage jobs view.
You can also use the search box to display only the relevant jobs. For details, see Searching for jobs in the Manage jobs view.
In the top right-hand side corner of the screen, select the
Start button. This button is only active if there are any jobs, in the Manage jobs view, which are ready to be started, so where at least first workflow step has been allocated.
Result: all jobs displayed in the Manage jobs view, in which workflow could be started, are now started.
Note
If you are running on XTM Cloud 13.5 or higher and have purchased a subscription with a specific word allowance (for details see Licensing), the Start button is inactive, when your word allowance has been completely used. To extend your processed words limit:
In the case of a Freelance or Group subscription – buy additional words (for details, see My Account — Additional words) or upgrade your subscription (for details, see My Account — Renew subscription) .
