Quality Assurance
In XTM Cloud, the scope of QA checks depends on the connected spell checker and its availability for the particular language.
Warning
Activating QA puts any action in XTM Workbench on hold!
Set a segment to Completed: the QA checks for the relevant segment are performed automatically.

Run QA check during translation in XTM Workbench. For details, see procedures below.
Default shortcut key: F7
In XTM Workbench, select the QA
button on the right-hand side of the top navigation bar.
From the dropdown, select Run QA check on active segment.
Result: QA warnings for the active segment are displayed in the QA docked panel.

Default shortcut key: F8
In XTM Workbench, select the QA
button on the right-hand side of the top navigation bar.
From the dropdown, select Remove QA markings in active segment.
Result: removes any markings that identify errors found in an active segment.
Default shortcut key: F9
In XTM Workbench, select the QA
button on the right-hand side of the top navigation bar.
From the dropdown, select Run QA check on displayed segments.
Result: QA warnings for the displayed segments are displayed in the QA docked panel.
The QA check restarts automatically when more segments are loaded.

In XTM Workbench, select the QA

From the dropdown, select Run QA check on document and filter results.
Result: a global check runs on the document and segments with recognized errors are filtered.
When you select this option, a dialog window is displayed. In it you can select the relevant checkboxes to include ICE matches and 100% leveraged matches in the check. By default, ICE matches and 100% leveraged matches are not checked.
