Importing terms in XTM Cloud

Images illustrating a Concept cannot be imported!
In the Terminology > Import tab screen, you can:
import NEW terms in XTM Cloud and in this way either create a Customer termbase or add new terms to an existing customer termbase. For details, see Importing new terms in XTM Cloud to create or update a customer termbase.
add translations to existing concepts using terminology import in order to update an existing customer termbase. For details, see Updating an existing customer terminology using terminology import.
edit translations for existing concepts using terminology import in order to update an existing customer termbase. For details, see Updating an existing customer terminology using terminology import.
perform multiple changes at the same time in order to update an existing customer termbase: add NEW concepts in XTM Cloud, add translations to existing concepts and edit existing concepts. For details, see Updating an existing customer terminology using terminology import.
Important
In XTM Cloud, it is not possible to update terminology by importing it (in TM > TM Import tab screen) and editing it manually, in XTM Workbench, at the same time. Consequently, if a user adds a new term in XTM Workbench while terminology is being imported, one of these actions will fail. As a result, new or updated terms will not be highlighted in XTM Workbench. This issue will need to be resolved by XTM Support.
