Importing Customers

You can import Customer data either in Excel or XML format.

  1. Select the Customers tab.

  2. In the top right corner of the screen, select the Import button.

  3. In the Import customers popup:

    1. Select the required file.

    2. Select the Import button.

. Alternatives to importing your existing Customers into XTM

  1. Create an Excel file of your data. Select on the Download sample file green arrow to obtain an Excel template of the right format to import your customers into XTM.

  2. Create an XML file of your data. An example of the required XML file is shown in Example file for importing customers.
