Project delivery dates report

Use this report to track all due dates in the selected project(s). In this report, you see which projects and workflow steps are overdue, have been completed on time or have upcoming due dates.

Business use case

This report is particularly useful to track your vendor punctuality and spot trends over time.

Running the Project delivery dates report.

The Project delivery dates report contains these Excel worksheets:

  • Overdue – Here, you see information about all overdue projects and workflow steps. Steps which have been finished past the deadline, or are still overdue, are highlighted in red.

  • On time – Here, you see information about projects and workflow steps which:

    • have been delivered on time.

    • have not yet been finished and have a future due date.

    • have not yet been finished and their due date has not been set at all.

  • All – standard – Here, each row displays due date and time for one language pair in the relevant project. Steps which have been finished past the deadline, or are still overdue, are highlighted in red. In the table, you see all projects and workflow steps, so:

    • the ones that have been delivered on time.

    • the ones that have not yet been finished and have a future due date.

    • the ones that have not yet been finished and their due date has not been set at all.

    • the overdue ones.

  • All – aggregated – Here, each row displays due date and time for each job in the relevant project. In the table, you see information about all projects and workflow steps, so:

    • the ones that have been delivered on time.

    • the ones that have not yet been finished and have a future due date.

    • the ones that have not yet been finished and their due date has not been set at all.

    • the overdue ones.

In the Project delivery dates report, you see the following information about the selected projects:

  • ID – Project ID.

  • Name – Project name.

  • Customer.

  • Source language.

  • Created – Creation date.

  • Due date – Delivery due date.

  • Finished – This column is only displayed in the Overdue, On time and All – standard Excel worksheets. In it, you see the exact time and date the step has been finished, or not finished, when the step has not yet been finished. Steps which have been finished past the deadline, or are still overdue, are highlighted in red.

  • Project status – This column is only displayed in the All – aggregated Excel worksheet. In it, you see the exact time and date the project has been finished, or not finished, when the project has not yet been finished.

  • Target language.

  • File – Filename.

  • Step1 - ... – These columns are only displayed in the Overdue, On time and All – standard Excel worksheets. In them, you see the names of the steps in the relevant projects. Steps which have been finished past the deadline, or are still overdue, are highlighted in red.

  • Finished – This column is only displayed in the All – aggregated Excel worksheet. In it, you see the exact time and date the step has been finished, or not finished, when the step has not yet been finished.

  • Step Number – This column is only displayed in the All – aggregated Excel worksheet. In it, you see the sequential number of the relevant step in the relevant workflow.

  • Step Name – This column is only displayed in the All – aggregated Excel worksheet. In it, you see the name of the relevant step in the relevant workflow.

  • Step Due – This column is only displayed in the All – aggregated Excel worksheet. In it, you see the exact time and date when the relevant step in the relevant workflow is due, or if the due date for this step has not been set.

  • Step Completed – This column is only displayed in the All – aggregated Excel worksheet. In it, you see the exact time and date when the relevant step in the relevant workflow has been completed, or if this step has not yet been completed.
