LSP LQA results
Note
Your XTM Cloud Administrator must first enable subcontracting in your XTM Cloud instance, so that you can set up a connection with a subcontractor and send projects to them. For details, see Enabling subcontracting.
Translations provided by LSPs can be evaluated and scored during the contractor’s LQA workflow step.
Note
An XTM Cloud Administrator or Project Manager must first enable this option for the relevant LSP in LSP Editor > Access rights > LQA.
In the Projects > LSP LQA tab screen, LSPs can see the LQA reports in which they are:
an Evaluee – LSPs can see percentage scores and download LQA reports for projects they have completed.
an Evaluator – Projects in which the LSP performed LQA on a translation supplied by the contractor’s internal resources or vendors.
LSP LQA reports are generated per file.
The contractor is able to see the LSP’s LQA in steps that were created by the contractor. When report is generated, the data entered by the LSP is also included.
Both evaluated and LQA steps need to be finished in XTM Workbench and all relevant segments must be set to Completed for the report to be generated. Additionally, Linguists must stay assigned to both evaluated and LQA steps even after the LQA step has been finished.
LQA results are presented in a table containing the following information:
Project name.
LSP name – the Company name of the relevant LSP, as entered in Users > LSPs.
Source language.
Target language.

LSPs can select the following LSP-specific options from the context menu icon to the left of the relevant LQA result:
