Viewing chat details
You can view chat details in the Query management popup.
In the right-hand corner of the top navigation bar, select the XTM Chat icon .
Go to the bottom of the dropdown list.
Select the Access Query management to see more chats button.
Result:
The Query management popup is displayed.
If needed, use the available filter parameters and sorting options to find a required chat.
Select the context menu icon next to the selected chat.
From the dropdown list, select View details.
Result:
A Chat details popup is displayed. In it, you see the following chat details:
Project name.
File name - if the chat is about the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash is displayed.
Language.
Reference - if the chat is about to the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash is displayed.
Segment - if the chat is about the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash is displayed.
Priority - if the Project Manager created a chat for the entire project from the Project list, the en dash is displayed until a user sets the chat priority in the Query management popup.
Status - if Project Manager created the chat from the Project list, the en dash is displayed until a user sets the chat status in the Query management popup.
Date created.
Chat ID.
Customer.
Participants.
Segment text - if the chat is about the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash is displayed.
In the Chat details popup, click:
Open chat box to open the chat window.
Close to close the Chat details popup.
Click or the Close button to close the Query management popup.
