User Rating
The data displayed in Edit user > 
Rating tab screen, provides information about average quality and punctuality scores and an individual quality score for each project. Project Managers can check linguist scores and project details to see if a linguist is a good choice for the task at hand.
To view the LQA reports for the selected user, select the Quality tab.
To view the list of projects that have been delivered on time or late, select the Punctuality tab.
