Tracking time in the Manage jobs view
To track time in the Manage jobs view:
  1. For the relevant project, open the Project Editor – kanban_gray_solid_brand_refreshed.svg Workflow tab.

  2. Ensure that you are working in the Beta Workflow Editor. If you are not, enable it. For details, see Enabling the Beta Workflow Editor.

  3. Display the relevant jobs in the Manage jobs view. For details, see Viewing jobs in the Manage jobs view.

    Result: You are redirected to the Manage jobs view.

  4. If necessary, filter the displayed results. For details, see Filtering jobs in the Manage jobs view.

  5. In the jobs table, select the relevant job.

    Result: The Job details popup is displayed.

  6. In the Job details popup:

    1. for every workflow step for which you want to track time, select field in the Time tracking column.

    2. in the field, enter the relevant time amount. Once you have done it, click outside the field, but still within the Job details popup, to move to time tracking field for another workflow step, perform another action, or save your settings.

    3. if necessary, you can perform additional actions:

    4. at the bottom of the popup, select:

      • Cancel or the close icon close_X-mark_from-UX-team.svg to discard changes and close the popup. You will need to confirm your action in the Discard changes popup.

      • Save to save your changes and close the popup.

Result: The time tracking values are entered for the relevant workflow steps, in the relevant job.
