Settings — Project: Time tracking
This section gives you the option to control who can record the time taken on each step and how it is recorded.
Choose who can record the time spent working in XTM Workbench.
Select Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.
Select Enable manual time tracking for.
Select Save.
Check to track time automatically.
Select Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.
Select Automatic time tracking.
Select Save.
Check to enable the use of rush job premiums.
Select Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.
Select Enable rush job.
Select Save.
If the time field is blank when finishing a task, display a window to enter a value.
Select Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.
Select Warn linguists if time not entered.
Select Save.
Allows you to receive time records from a subcontractor or manually set time for step completion.
Select Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.
Select Synchronize time with subcontractors.
Select Save.
Check to enable punctuality tracking for projects with at least one due date set.
Select Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.
Select Calculate punctuality rating.
Select Save.
Choose who can record the time spent working in XTM Workbench.
Select Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.
Select Punctuality score average calculation method.
Select Save.
