Searching for a chat using filters in the Query management popup
You can use the chat filters available in the Query management popup to help you find a required chat.
Open XTM Cloud.
In the right-hand corner of the top navigation bar, select the XTM Chat icon .
Go to the bottom of the dropdown list.
Select the Access Query management to see more chats button.
Result:
The Query management popup is displayed.
In the top section of the Query management popup, use one or more of the available filter parameters:

To narrow down search results to chats with unread messages and unread mentions, enable the Show only unread chats switcher.
Click Search button.
Result:
In the chat information table you see a list of chats that meet the search criteria.
Note
If there are no chats that meet the selected criteria, this message is displayed in the table: There are no chats to display.
Click on the table row that contains the relevant information about the required chat.
Result:
A chat box is displayed at the bottom of the screen. To rearrange chat boxes, click on the top bar of the selected chat box and drag it to a new location on the screen.
Click on or the Close button to close the Query management popup.
