Running the Metrics history report
Select Projects > Project list > Actions.
From the Project list, select all projects for which you would like to run the report.
You can use the features in the Simple search and Advanced search tab screens to display the relevant project(s).
From the dropdown list, in the Reports section, select the Metrics report.
Select the Run button.
The Metrics history popup is displayed.
In the Metrics history popup:
choose a period that the report should cover:
Whole duration of the project.
Custom date range, in which case you must specify the exact From – To dates.
select the Run button.
Result:
XTM Cloud generates a report with the history of metrics of all the selected projects in all target languages.
A folder with zipped Excel file is displayed in the downloaded files in your browser. Extract and open the file to see your report.
Note
MS Excel does not limit the number of worksheets per file, but you might not be able to open large files if you do not have enough memory on your computer.
