Reporting a bug in the Beta Workflow Editor

You can inform XTM Support about a bug that you have found in the Beta Workflow Editor at any time.

Procedure. To report a bug in the Beta Workflow Editor:

  1. For any project, open the Project Editor – kanban_gray_solid_brand_refreshed.svg Workflow tab.

  2. Ensure that you are working in the Beta Workflow Editor. If you are not, enable it. For details, see Enabling the Beta Workflow Editor.

  3. In the top-right-hand corner of the Overview screen, select the context menu icon ellipsis_vertical_context_menu_brand_refreshed.svg.

    Note

    This option is not available in the Manage jobs view. If this is where you currently are, select the chevron-left-solid.svg Back to Overview button to return to the Overview page.

  4. From the dropdown, select bug_outline_gray_brand_refreshed.svg Report a bug.

    Result: you will be redirected to our Support Portal. In it, describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
