Project's email privacy options
To access the Project's email privacy settings, select Configuration > Settings > Email. The Project's email privacy section is at the bottom of the screen.
Use this section to specify advanced privacy options. This way you ensure that sensitive information is not displayed in automatic email notifications sent to LSPs, Limited Project Managers and Customer Project Managers.
To make changes to the Project's email privacy settings, select the relevant option for the required parameters and then, select the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Show on email for limited PMs | You can decide what information is displayed in automatic emails sent by XTM Cloud to Limited Project Managers. Values which have already been selected are marked gray on the list. To add information, click in the text field and select the relevant value(s) from the multiple selection list.
