Project Editor – General info: General info
The following information is displayed in the Project Editor > General info tab screen, in the General info section:

Proposal approval status | The Project requires proposal approval parameter must be enabled by your XTM Cloud Administrator (see Workflow options parameters). Customer | The name of the customer is selected during the project creation and cannot be edited in the Project Editor. Cost approver | This parameter is displayed if your XTM Cloud Administrator has enabled the Projects require cost approval parameter in Configuration > Data tab > Estimates > Cost settings (see Cost settings). | Optional | Yes | Dropdown | Valid values depend on the Cost Approver list configured for the relevant customer and on selection made by the project creator. If you do not select a particular user, all Cost Approvers assigned to the relevant customer will be notified about the project costs (if such information has not been sent out yet) and can accept them. However, the automatic email notification about the project cost is only sent after you generate the relevant cost. Additional services | You can select various additional services options in Customers > Estimate options > Additional services. Date created | The date and time when the project has been created. Workflow start date | The value of the Workflow start date parameter will only be used for automatic due date calculations. Pre-processing due date | Displayed if the pre-processing step has been added during the project creation. Workflow due date | The due date for the last step of the workflow. In Project Editor > Workflow tab, you can select different workflow due dates for each language combination and each source file. In this case, the Workflow due date parameters will display the latest value from all workflow due dates on the project.
