Opening a chat box from XTM Workbench

In XTM Workbench you can only see chats created for each segment. You can access chats created for the entire project from the Project list or the Tasks list.
Open the file in XTM Workbench.
Select the segment for which you want to view a chat.
In the Chats tab in the docked panel, you will see all chats created for the selected segment.
Public chats will be marked with the icon in the Chat ID column.
Select the chat that you want to display by clicking on the link displayed in the Chat ID column.
Select the flashing browser tab, as instructed by the message visible in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Result:
A chat box is displayed at the bottom of the most recently opened XTM Cloud page.
