My Account — Renew subscription

The top section – Your current XTM subscription – gives the details of your current XTM Cloud subscription. This includes:

  • your account type.

  • subscription start date.

  • subscription expiry date.

  • number of users.

  • your monthly word allowance – In the case of the Freelance or Group accounts.

  • your yearly word allowance – in the case of the new subscription types: EnterpriseBusiness, or Team account (for details see Licensing).

  • number of  processed words words you have left to use.

  • additional XTM Cloud modules that you use.

  • whether you want to renew your subscription automatically when the current one expires. If you select the automatic renewal, before the renewal date you will receive an email with the renewal details. You will receive another email with an invoice and confirmation once the renewal has taken place.

    Note

    This option is not displayed if you have purchased one of the new subscription types introduced in XTM Cloud 13.5: Enterprise, Business, or Team (for details see Licensing).

Procedure. Renewing XTM Cloud subscription

Note

To renew one of the new subscription types introduced in XTM Cloud 13.5: Enterprise, Business, or Team (for details see Licensing), contact your Customer Success Manager directly or send an email to customersuccess@xtm.cloud.

  1. Select Configuration > My account > Renew subscription.

  2. Select:

    • new expiry date.

    • the type of account.

    • the number of users.

    • the word allowance per month.

  3. XTM Cloud will then calculate the cost for you in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars. Select your required currency and then, at the bottom of the page, select the Buy button.

  4. This will take you to the payment screen where you can enter your credit or debit card details.

Note

When you change your subscription any unused days of your existing subscription are credited back to you and a new subscription is created.
