My Account — Payments

Note

This tab is not displayed if you have purchased one of the new subscription types introduced in XTM Cloud 13.5: Enterprise, Business, or Team (for details see Licensing).

In the Payments tab you see a list of payments that you have made to XTM International for your subscription to XTM Cloud.

Procedure. Downloading a copy of your invoices to XTM International

  1. Select Configuration > My account > Payments.

  2. In the payments list, select the relevant payment.

  3. Select the invoice icon in the Invoices/Credit notes column.

    Result: A PDF file with your invoice is displayed in the downloaded files in your browser.
