Limitations of Beta Workflow Editor
We are constantly working on improving the Beta Workflow Editor, but there are currently some actions that can only be performed in the standard workflow editor. In some cases, you can perform them in a different way, staying in the Beta Workflow Editor. In other cases, you need to disable the Beta Workflow Editor (for details, see Disabling the Beta Workflow Editor). These actions are:
Bundle management:
Adding workflow steps.
Deleting workflow steps.
Populating Linguists from a template.
Adjusting the purpose of workflow steps. Example: changing the second workflow step from Review to Correct.
Selecting the blocking mechanism between steps.
Selecting the LQA function for each step individually.
Setting the TM status to Approved for every change in the target segment.
Downloading reference material. However, you can also take this action from the Project Editor – files tab. For details, see Project Editor – Files.
Downloading source files. However, you can also take this action from the Project Editor – files tab. For details, see Project Editor – Files.
Open corrector changes – report listing the changes made by a Corrector.
Download corrector changes – report listing Corrector changes, in an MS Excel file.
Download all comments – report containing all the comments in a file.
File history.
LQA report – report evaluating a specific project file.
Displaying metrics for the relevant file. However, you can also take this action from the Project Editor – Metrics tab. For details, see Project Editor - Metrics.
Uploading an XLIFF file. However, you can also take this action from the Project Editor – files tab. For details, see Project Editor – Files.
