File settings
The files section allows you to set file download and upload options.
File download settings
Select Configuration > Settings > Files > File upload.
In Message after manually uploading targets , add your custom message.
Select Save.
A custom message is displayed after manually uploading target.
Select Configuration > Settings > Files.
Select Zip files to zip any files before downloading.
Select Save.
Target files downloaded from Project Editor > Files > Download 
are zipped.
File generation settings
Include or exclude downloading empty, non-analyzable or not-supported files
Select Configuration > Settings > Files > File generation.
In the "All files" download should include , select the relevant option(s):
Empty.
Non-analyzable.
Not-supported files.
Select Save.
Download a file from the Project Editor > Files > Download . The text that has been extracted for translation is replaced by an underscore.
This allows you to check if all the text has been extracted correctly, without performing any translation.
Select Configuration > Settings > Files.
In the File generation section, select Enable generating pseudo translation
Select Save.

Select Configuration > Settings > Files.
In the File generation section, select Add or update language codes in file names for:
API – If you select this checkbox, the code of the target language will be added to the project files generated via API method.
UI – If you select this checkbox, the code of the target language will be added to the project files generated from the user interface.
Select Save.
Target files and the XTM Excel Editor files for the offline translation can be downloaded into target language folders with language codes in the file names.
