Extended table options
Use the following parameters to configure the extended table settings for the following file types:
PDF.
HTML.
Excel.
Once you have selected all required options for your extended table, in the bottom right-hand side of the popup, select the Generate button. Your extended table is now generated and is then ready to be downloaded. To do so:
if the required extended table is the last file that you have generated, in the Preview column, select the download icon to the right of the generate icon . The zipped file in the selected format is then downloaded to your local Downloads folder.
if you have generated more files and are not sure if the required extended table is the last one, in the Preview column, select the info icon to the right of the generate icon and the download icon . Then, in the Preview file history popup, select the relevant file and then select the download icon on the right-hand side. The zipped file in the selected format has now been downloaded to your local Downloads folder.
To close the relevant Extended table options popup without generating a file, in the top right-hand side corner of the popup, select the close icon .

Edit distance score | Your XTM Cloud Administrator must enable the edit distance calculation (see Cost settings) and select it in the workflow options. If the option has not yet been selected for your workflow definition, as a user with Project Manager role, you can enable the edit distance calculation at project workflow level.
