Exporting terms in XTM Cloud
For review or exchange, you can export terminology lists from the Terminology > Export tab in several standard file formats:
XLS.XLSX.TBX1.0 – For details, see Systems to manage terminology, knowledge, and content - TermBase eXchange (TBX).MTF.
Note
Images illustrating a Concept cannot be exported.
You can decide which data to include with the terms from among the comprehensive set of fields and tags that XTM offers.
Exporting terms from the search
You can export terms found using the search feature.
Tip
Choose a translation language before the export to filter out terms.
Select the Terminology > Manage tab.
Select the Export button.
Terminology export history
Terminology export history lists export details and provides an option to download the exported file.
Select Terminology > Export > Export history.
