Enabling the Beta Workflow Editor
To start working in the Beta Workflow Editor, you need to enable it first. This will affect all projects, not only the one for which you have enabled the Beta Workflow Editor. All details that you have entered so far will be kept and displayed in the Beta Workflow Editor.
When you open the Project Editor – Workflow tab for the first time in XTM Cloud 13.7, for any project, the Try the Beta Workflow Editor popup is displayed. In it, select:
the Switch to Beta Workflow Editor button – to start working in the Beta Workflow Editor. To return to the standard Workflow Editor version, disable the Beta Workflow Editor.
the Skip button – to continue work in the standard Workflow Editor version. If you change your mind you can switch to the Beta version at any time with the Try Workflow Beta button. For details, see Enabling the Beta Workflow Editor with the Try Workflow Beta button.
For any project, open the Project Editor – Workflow tab.
In the top right-hand corner of the Project Editor – Workflow tab screen, select the Try Workflow Beta button.
Result: you have now enabled the Beta Workflow Editor for all projects. To return to the standard Workflow Editor version, disable the Beta Workflow Editor.
