Email notifications
XTM Cloud sends out emails when certain events happen in the system, particularly in relation to project progress. Below, there is a list of events and users who receive email notifications.

Events marked with a * mean that the email is sent after an action by the Linguist and are only sent for active tasks.
Emails are not sent to the person making the change thus if a project manager assigns a translator the PM will not receive an email about this.
If there is no PM allocated to the project emails will be sent to all PMs in the system.

Note
If no specific Project Manager has been assigned on Contractor's and/or Subcontractor's side, all Project Managers of the Contractor and/or Subcontractor will receive email notifications in the described events.
If the Projects require cost approval parameter has been enabled by your XTM Cloud Administrator (for details, see Cost settings), the following email notifications will be sent out to the relevant users, in addition to the regular email notifications:
