Editing the name of a project filter
Select Projects > Project list.
Select one of these tabs:
Simple search.
Advanced search.
Action.
On the right-hand side, expand the Filters dropdown.
In the Filters dropdown list, hover over the name of the filter that you want to rename.
Note
The project filters marked with the user icon
are only visible to you.Some project filters are predefined and you cannot delete them, edit them, update their criteria, or change their name. You can only view the list of projects that match their criteria. Also, you can save one of them as your default project filer form the Filters dropdown. The predefined filters are:
All not started projects.
All overdue projects.
All overdue steps.
All partly finished projects.
Select the edit icon
. When you hover over this icon, the Rename label is displayed.Type in the new name for your project filter.
To confirm the new name, select the apply icon
.To cancel editing the project filter name, select the close icon
without first selecting the apply icon .
