Disabling the Beta Workflow Editor

You can disable the Beta Workflow Editor and return to the standard Workflow Editor version at any time. Changes that you have made while working in the Beta Workflow Editor will be kept. If you perform this action, you will switch to the standard Workflow Editor version for every project, not only the one for which you are performing this action.

To disable the Beta Workflow Editor:

  1. For any project, open the Project Editor – kanban_gray_solid_brand_refreshed.svg Workflow tab.

  2. On the Overview page, in the top right-hand corner of the screen, select the context menu icon ellipsis_vertical_context_menu_brand_refreshed.svg.

    Note

    This option is not available in the Manage jobs view. If this is where you currently are, select the chevron-left-solid.svg Back to Overview button to return to the Overview page.

  3. From the list, select the toggle-off_gray_brand_refreshed.svg Switch to standard version option.

    Result: A popup is displayed.

  4. In the Are you sure you want to opt out of the Beta version? popup, select:

    • the Stay with Beta Version button – to keep working in the beta version.

      Result: The Are you sure you want to opt out of the Beta version? popup is closed and you keep working in the Beta Workflow Editor.

    • the Opt-out button – to disable the Beta Workflow Editor and return to the standard Workflow Editor version.

      Result: The Are you sure you want to opt out of the Beta version? popup is closed and you return to the standard Workflow Editor version for every project, not only the one for which you have performed this action. Changes that you have made to projects workflows while working in the Beta Workflow Editor are kept.
