Creating workflow steps
To access the existing Workflow steps, select Configuration > Settings > Workflow > Workflow steps.
You can perform the following actions
Procedure. To create a new workflow step:
Select Configuration > Settings > Workflow.
In the Workflow steps, select the Add button.
In the Create workflow step popup, set the mandatory and optional parameters as needed. See the Workflow steps parameters for the full list of the workflow steps configuration parameters,
Select Save.
