Creating a project filter
Select Projects > Project list.
Select the Advanced search tab.
In the Advanced search tab screen, select the relevant filter parameters and select Search.
Select Save as.
In the Save as popup, set the following parameters:
In the Type parameter, select Project filter.
In the Visible parameter, select one of the available options:
Only to me – for the filter to be only visible to its creator.
The project filters that are only visible to you are marked with the user icon in the Filters dropdown.
To all Project Managers – for the filter to be visible to all Project Managers.
In the Name text field, enter a unique filter name.
From the Sort by dropdown list, select one of the sorting options.
To add or remove sorting options, see Customizable columns in the project list.
From the Sort order dropdown list, select one of the sorting options:
Ascending (default).
Descending.
For the Save as default checkbox, select one of the valid values:
Cleared (default).
Selected – To set it as your personal default project filter.
Note
You can only have one default project filter. So, if you have previously selected any other default filter, it will be replaced by your new selection.

Select:
Save to save a new project filter.
Cancel to quit creating a new project filter.
