Copying Segment ID
Linguists now have the option to copy segment IDs when translating. Segment IDs are unique tags that show up under segment content (traditionally they have been used in software file formats). They can help the linguist identify the origin of the segment and match segments, while Project Managers can obtain more accurate matches during project analysis.
Segment IDs are placed inside the Segment. Select the icon
in the right corner of the segment ID box.
Once copied, a confirmation popup shows up at the bottom of the screen.
The Segment IDs are copied to the clipboard and can be used as required.
