Configuring User Details
Note
To protect user data, editing or adding important user details, such as a password or an email address, can require an additional confirmation.
To confirm your changes, in the Enter your credentials popup, enter your XTM Cloud login password and select the Save button.
Changing User password
Select Configuration > User details.
Enter:
Old password.
New password.
Note
Password must be at least 8 characters long!
must contain at least 1 of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, a number, non-alphanumeric symbols (such as "@", "#" or "$")
Re-enter new password.
Select Save.
Changing User details
Select Configuration > User details.
Enter new User details in the relevant field.
Select Save.
Changing interface language
Select Configuration > User details.
Enter new User details in the relevant field.
Select Save.
Refresh the browser.
Setting User availability for work
Select Configuration > User details.
Go to Personal details > Availability.
Select the relevant option from the dropdown: Available or Unavailable.
Select Save.
