Changing chat status
In the right-hand corner of the top navigation bar, select the XTM Chat icon .
Go to the bottom of the dropdown list.
Select the Access Query management to see more chats button.
Result:
The Query management popup is displayed.
If needed, use the available filter parameters and sorting options to find the required chat.
Select the context menu icon next to the selected chat.
From the dropdown list, select Change status.
Result:
The Change status popup is displayed.
In the Change status popup, select a new value for the Status parameter:
Open
In progress
Closed
Pending feedback (Linguist)
Pending feedback (PM)
Cancelled
No status
In the Change status popup, select:
Save to save the new value for the Status parameter
Cancel to cancel your changes
Click or the Close button to close the Query management popup.
