Viewing chat details

You can view chat details in the Query management popup.

To view chat details in the Query management popup:
  1. In the right-hand corner of the top navigation bar, select the XTM Chat icon Chats_brand_refreshed.svg.

  2. Go to the bottom of the dropdown list.

  3. Select the arrow-up-right-from-square-regular.svg Access Query management to see more chats button.

    Result:

    The Query management popup is displayed.

  4. If needed, use the available filter parameters and sorting options to find a required chat.

  5. Select the context menu icon bars-solid.png next to the selected chat.

  6. From the dropdown list, select View details.

    Result:

    A Chat details popup is displayed. In it, you see the following chat details:

    • Project name.

    • File name - if the chat is about the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash minus-solid.svg is displayed.

    • Language.

    • Reference - if the chat is about to the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash minus-solid.svg is displayed.

    • Segment - if the chat is about the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash minus-solid.svg is displayed.

    • Priority - if the Project Manager created a chat for the entire project from the Project list, the en dash minus-solid.svg is displayed until a user sets the chat priority in the Query management popup.

    • Status - if Project Manager created the chat from the Project list, the en dash minus-solid.svg is displayed until a user sets the chat status in the Query management popup.

    • Date created.

    • Chat ID.

    • Customer.

    • Participants.

    • Segment text - if the chat is about the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash minus-solid.svg is displayed.

  7. In the Chat details popup, click:

    • Open chat box to open the chat window.

    • Close to close the Chat details popup.

  8. Click xmark-light.svg or the Close button to close the Query management popup.
