Extended table options

Use the following parameters to specify the extended table options for the following file types:

  • PDF.

  • HTML.

  • Excel.

Once you select all required options for your extended table, in the bottom right-hand side of the popup, select the Generate button. Your PDF extended table has now been generated and is ready to be downloaded. To do so:

  • if the required extended table has been the last file that you have generated, in the Preview column, select the download icon download-solid_green.svg to the right of the generate icon. The zipped file in the selected format has now been downloaded to your local Downloads folder.

  • if you have generated more files and are not sure if the required extended table has been the last one, in the Preview column, select the info icon circle-info-solid_blue_navy.svg to the right of the generate and download icon. Then, in the Preview file history popup, select the relevant file and then select the download icon download-solid_green.svg on the right-hand side. The zipped file in the selected format has now been downloaded to your local Downloads folder.

To close the relevant Extended table options popup without generating a file, in the top right-hand side corner of the popup, select the close icon close_X-mark_from-UX-team.svg.

Report columns

Segment number

Use it to display a column containing segment numbers, in your extended table report.

Use it to display the value of the Workbench Status column and a segment match type,in your extended table report.

XLIFF:doc status

This option is displayed if your XTM Cloud Administrator has enabled the TIPP parameter (see General system settings).

Use it to display a column containing the XLIFF:doc status, in your extended table report..

Back translation

This option is displayed if your XTM Cloud Administrator must enable the Alternative translations parameter (see Project types).

Use it to display a column containing back translation of the segment, in your PDF extended table report, if the project is using alternative translations.

Character limit

Use it to display a column containing the Monitor target length parameter value, in your extended table report.

Comments

Corrector changes

Use it to display a column containing the date the first target segment has been created in XTM Workbench, in your extended table report.

Use it to display a column containing all TM matches available in the TM for the segment(s) displayed, in your extended table report.

Use it to display a column containing all QA warnings referring to the segment(s) displayed, in your extended table report.

Use it to display a column containing the history of changes made to the segment(s) displayed, in your extended table report.

Pre-translated text

Use it to display a column containing a pre-translated text (coming either from the TM or the MT) for the segment(s), in your extended table report.

Use it to display a column containing the post-edited text for the segment(s), in your extended table report, if MT is used in the project.

Use it to display a column containing the final text and information about the date, workflow step and the information of user who entered this content for the segment(s), in your extended table report.

Edit distance score

Your XTM Cloud Administrator must enable the edit distance calculation (see Cost settings) and select it in the workflow options. If the option has not yet been selected for your workflow definition, as a user with Project Manger role, you can enable the edit distance calculation at project workflow level.

Use it to display a column containing the information about the edit distance score for the segment(s), in your extended table report.

All languages

Use it to display information about all project languages, in the same extended table report.

Only include segments with QA warnings

This report option is only active if you have selected the QA warnings report column option. Otherwise, it is grayed out and inactive.

Use it to only display information about segments with QA warnings, in the same extended table report.

Only show last revisions per step

This report option is available only when the report column option Revisions has been selected.

Use it to only display last revision per step, in the Excel extended table report.

Populate target with source

When you select this option, XTM Cloud populates all empty target segments with source text content.

Show usernames

This report option only refers to the user information displayed in the Revisions report column.
