Editing template names and customer options


It is only possible to edit the names of templates created at Project level.

  1. Select Configuration > Filter templates > Project level.

  2. In the filter template table, hover over the name of the selected template.

  3. On the right-hand side of the table, select the pen-solid.png Edit template icon.


    The Edit project filter template popup is displayed.

  4. In the Edit project filter template popup:

    1. If needed, in the mandatory Template name text field, update the filter template name.

    2. If needed:

      • select the Enable only for specific customers checkbox and select the required customer(s) from the dropdown to make the template only available for the specific customer(s).

      • clear the Enable only for specific customers checkbox to make the template available for all customers.

  5. Select Save.


The Successfully updated template message is displayed in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Your new template name is displayed in the filter templates table, in the Configuration > Filter templates > Project level tab screen.
