Changing chat priority
To change chat priority in the Query management popup:
  1. In the right-hand corner of the top navigation bar, select the XTM Chat icon Chats_brand_refreshed.svg.

  2. Go to the bottom of the dropdown list.

  3. Select the arrow-up-right-from-square-regular.svg Access Query management to see more chats button.


    The Query management popup is displayed.

  4. If needed, use the available filter parameters and sorting options to find the required chat.

  5. Select the context menu icon bars-solid.png next to the selected chat.

  6. From the dropdown list, select Change priority.


    A Change priority popup is displayed.

  7. In the Change priority popup, select a new value for the Priority parameter:

    • Low

    • Medium

    • High

  8. In the Change priority popup, click:

    • Save to save the new value for the Priority parameter

    • Cancel to cancel your changes

  9. Click xmark-light.svg or the Close button to close the Query management popup.
