Searching for jobs in the Manage jobs view
You can filter jobs in the Manage jobs view to only display and manage the relevant jobs.
For the relevant project, open the Project Editor –
Workflow tab.
Ensure that you are working in the Beta Workflow Editor. If you are not, enable it. For details, see Enabling the Beta Workflow Editor.
Display the relevant jobs in the Manage jobs view. For details, see Viewing jobs in the Manage jobs view.
Result: You are redirected to the Manage jobs view.
In the Manage jobs view, use the search box above the jobs table, on the right-hand side. In it, you can search for jobs using a whole or partial phase. The search is case-sensitive. You can find the relevant jobs by:
file name.
file extension.
file path.
Result: the job list in the Manage jobs view is adjusted according to your search criteria and the filter options that you have selected. The relevant filter values are displayed above the table, on the left-hand side of the screen. For details, see Filtering jobs in the Manage jobs view.
The latest search results are saved and displayed when you enter the Manage jobs view for the relevant project using the Manage jobs button, in the Overview view.
You can now manage them separately or perform these bulk actions on all displayed jobs:
Start all displayed jobs. For details, see Starting workflow in the Manage jobs view.
Bulk-assign users to all displayed jobs. For details, see Bulk-assigning Linguists to workflow steps in the Manage jobs view .
Bulk-set due dates for all displayed jobs. For details, see Bulk-setting due dates in the Manage jobs view.
To clear the search criteria, select the close icon on the right-hand side of the search box. Alternatively, select the text in the search box and then press the Delete or Backspace key on your keyboard.
