New rate cards for LSPs

Important

New rate cards are a Beta feature.

Details that you enter in the Users > LSP Editor > New rate cards tab screen have no influence on the LSP's existing rate cards (managed in the Users > LSP Editor > Rate cards tab screen). In the Beta program, it is not possible to transfer the current rate card data to New rate cards. Seamless data transfer between the current and new rate cards will be supported after the Beta tests are completed and new rate cards are implemented.

New rate cards have no influence on the current project costs (managed in the Projects > Project Editor > Estimates > Costs tab screen). They only influence new costs, in projects (managed in the Projects > Project Editor > Estimates > New costs tab screen).

In the top left-hand corner of the New rate cards tab screen, you see the Add card button. Use it to add a new rate card for the LSP.

To the right of the Add card button, you see the User billing currency dropdown. Use it to change the LSP's billing currency.

Below the Add card button and the User billing currency setting, you see a list of all rate cards created for the relevant LSP. Deactivated rate cards are grayed out and displayed at the bottom of the rate card list. The list contains these columns:

  • Name – displays the unique rate card name.

  • Language Combination – displays:

    • All – if the relevant rate card applies to all language combinations or

    • all specific language combinations for which it has been created.

  • Subject Matters – displays:

    • All – if the relevant rate card applies to all subject matters or

    • all specific subject matters for which it has been created.

In the top and bottom right-hand corner of the table, you see the number of pages. You can navigate between pages by selecting the page number, typing it in or using the chevron left chevron-left-solid.svg and chevron right chevron-right-solid.svg icons.

In the bottom left-hand side of the table, you can specify how many entries should be displayed in the rate card list:

  • 10.

  • 20.

  • 50.

  • 100.

In the New rate cards tab screen, you can:
